Movie Night at the Museum featuring Night at the Museum (2006; PG)
Have you ever wondered what happens in a museum when it closes for the night? We invite you to find out by watching Night at the Museum (PG) in the Capitol Courtyard with free movie snacks. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, and picnics are welcome. The movie will begin at approximately 8:30 p.m., but come early to secure your spot, enjoy activities, and experience temporary exhibit Demo by Design. Museum doors open at 6:30, movie begins at sundown.

The Historic Capitol is located in the Capitol Complex, at the intersection of Apalachee Parkway and South Monroe Street. Although the museum does not have dedicated parking, there are several parking lots in the area. There is a large public parking garage in Kleman Plaza, close to the Capitol Complex. When the legislature is in session, parking can be especially challenging. Spaces for visitors with disabilities are located on west side of the House Office Building in the north side loading zone.
