Featured headliner DieDra The Alabama Blues Queen was raised on the dirt roads of Washington, North Carolina. From the time she could talk, her father had her singing. She became the lead singer for her family’s gospel group, “The Tucker Family.” It wasn’t until she was 30 years old that she got a manager and her first gig opening for R&B legend Betty Wright. Since then she has won 19 Blues awards and nominations. She’s been inducted into the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame and crowned “The Alabama Blues Queen” by the Blues Society. Joining us from his Atlanta tour, is Shang labeled by the New York Times to be “Edgy, Political & Extremely Funny!”
