The Middle East Center at FSU is on its 11th year to recognize, present, and discuss a variety of films from across the Middle East. Palestine, Israel, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, and Lebanon are all represented in this year’s lineup

The Middle East Center and the ASLC are teaming up for the 11th year to recognize, present, and discuss a variety of films from across the Middle East. Palestine, Israel, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, and Lebanon are all represented in this year’s lineup, with titles extending until November 4th. A reception will follow the opening night on October 12th at 7 PM.

A closing reception will follow the screening of the last film on November 4th at 8:30 PM.

PARKING INFO

The Student Life Cinema is located in the Askew Student Life Center at 942 Learning Way, in the southwest corner of the Florida State University campus. Parking is available on the east side of Woodward Ave, and in Parking Garage #2 near the Park Ave. Diner.

The ASLC has prime seating available for guests in wheelchairs, assisted listening devices for the hearing impaired for select films, and closed caption readers for DCP films.
