Leon County Schools Elementary Honor Chorus

This is the 20th annual (with two years lost to Covid-19) Leon County Elementary Honor Chorus.  The singers have rehearsed at home and at their school to learn their parts, then have come together to prepare for and present this charming and uplifting program of two and three part songs.  The music ranges from Caribbean calypso and Black spiritual to Hebrew and Japanese traditions.  The program showcases the strength and diversity of Leon County\’s elementary music programs. The concert will be held in the Leon County High School auditorium this Saturday, April 2, starting at 7:00 p.m.  It is free and open to the public, and lasts about an hour.
