History at High Noon: African Americans During the Spanish American War

Dr. Nashid Madyun, Director of the Meek-Eaton Southeastern Regional Black Archives, will use the collections at the Meek-Eaton Southeastern Regional Black Archives to discuss how African Americans participated in the Spanish American War.

Bring your own lunch to enjoy during the program.  Before or after the program, be sure to visit the Museum of Florida History and Florida’s History Shop to see what’s new!
