Guitar Workshop

Whether you have been playing for six months or six years, our guitar workshop will provide a significant exposure to new techniques, styles and musicianship skills. Your schedule will include electives, masterclasses, music theory, “guitar orchestra” ensemble experiences, chord studies, individual practice, jam sessions and more. Students do not need to know how to read music to attend this camp. And you can play either acoustic guitar, electric guitar or both!

In general, required camp activities take place from 8am-5pm. Due to the short time span of this workshop, there may be some required night activities as well. Students attending this workshop should be prepared to attend fundamental classes, ensemble rehearsals and masterclasses taking place from 7:30-9:30pm.
