Challenger Learning Center’s Camp Challenger strives to ensure campers have fun in a safe and educational atmosphere.

October 18, 2021: Spooky Science  Have a spooktacular time at Camp Challenger’s Spooky Science October day camp. ADMISSION INFO

Camps are $50 per day which includes lunch and materials. Open registration begins Sept. 3.

October 18, 2021: Spooky Science
Have a spooktacular time at Camp Challenger’s Spooky Science October day camp. K-5th grade appropriate activities may include: making and solving spooky puzzles, growing gummi bears, learn about bones through the study of the skeletons, make glow in the dark slime, build a haunted house for robots, and perform spooky dry ice experiments.
November 22, 2021: Spark Your Imagination
Your student will have an electrifying good time charging up their imagination and activating their science skills while learning about electricity and energy! K-5th grade appropriate activities may include: racing soda cans, making and designing Play-Dough circuits, using Snap Circuits to create art, make jumping Goo, create human circuits with fellow campers, build an electrical dancer, and use a conductor and insulator detector.
November 23, 2021: Feast, Food and Fun
It’s the perfect time of the year to explore the Science of Food. K-5th grade appropriate activities may include: make art with various foods, dye eggs with Kool-Aid, learn the science of taste tasting and taste buds, create an artificial digestive goo, dig and track human activity through biowaste, test pH levels with cabbage, create floating vegetable canoes, and grill up some S’mores in a solar oven.
