Faculty Recital - Sahoko Sato Timpone, mezzo-soprano

FSU College of Music presents Sahoko Sato Timpone, mezzo-soprano, on Monday, January 14th at 7:30 PM in Opperman Music Hall. Admission to this event is free and open to the public.

Mezzo-soprano Dr. Sahoko Sato Timpone made her Carnegie Hall debut in Mendelssohn’s Midsummer Night’s Dream with the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields conducted by Sir Neville Marriner and narrated by Christopher Plummer, and has since appeared in opera and concerts throughout North America, Asia, and Europe.

During 2018/19 season, she will appear as soloist in Robert Cohen's Alzheimer's Stories with the Tallahassee Community Chorus at the American Choral Directors' Association's ... view more »
