Two showings of Creature from the Black Lagoon free in 3d, for two showings on October 29th. Between the showings there will be a costume contest and an unveiling of our new acquisition for our creature exhibit.
In the Barn at Lofty Pursuits there will be two showings of the Creature from the Black Lagoon in 3d (Red/Blue glasses provided.) The underwater scenes were filmed locally at Wakulla Springs and the underwater creature, Rico Browning, worked as a Soda Jerk at the time. To celebrate we will be serving the North Florida soda fountain treat the "Ginger Yip" that he would have made back in the day, and will have our other Halloween specials available. The film is free, as is the costume contest.
