Belly Dance Workshops

As a Sensuality Coach, QiGong and Belly Dance instructor, Janis David has taught many women how to empower themselves by re-connecting with their sensual side. Her Belly Dancing workshop gives you the understanding of basic technique, posturing, language, and move execution to help build necessary core strength.

A great place for new dancers and those wanting to brush up on their skills, the workshop combines beginner belly dance technique and choreography to give students a well-rounded experience. The workshop is drop-in friendly and includes:
