The Count Basie Orchestra's new album LIVE AT BIRDLAND has just been nominated for a Grammy, and the band's director, FSU music prof and trumpet great Scotty Barnhart, will be taking charge at the Wine House with a top-flight quartet featuring guitar phenom Chris Minami, bass ace Rodney Jordan, and drummer/ethnomusicologist Michael Bakan.
