This event is designed to provide a forum to share information and resources to address health disparities in minority communities and discuss why “our health matters”.

Objectives:
-Address chronic health issues
-Discuss major diseases and issues such as infectious disease, medication management, mental health, oral health, and food insecurity affecting minority populations
-Share strategies to improve health outcomes
-Identify available resources
