Visitor Services Coordinator - The Grove Museum


The Florida Department of State, Office of External Affairs, seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Visitor Services Coordinator at The Grove Museum. This is a highly responsible, professional-level position charged with managing day-to-day museum operations, including staff/volunteers, public programs, and rental events.


Applicants must possess a graduate degree in arts or business administration, hospitality, public history, or a related field and at least five (5) years progressively responsible experience working for museums, not-for-profits, government, or in a comparable environment in the private sector.


This is full-time OPS position that pays $20 per hour. Applicants should be aware that the basic requirements for this position are an ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times, communicate effectively with the public and stakeholders, and regularly work after hours and on weekends.
