Trail Break Cafe Shift Leader (Full-Time)

The Tallahassee Museum’s Trail Break Cafe offers a one of kind employment! Situated in the heart of a history and science museum, the cafe offers guests a variety of meal options. This position oversees the opening and closing of the Cafe, along with following all food safety guidelines. This position tracks and maintains product and supply inventory, along with making orders as necessary. In addition, the Trail Break Cafe Shift Leader supervises the staff, schedules and support the Cafe Manager in arranging staff needs for the cafe, catering, and rentals. This position will also assist the Cafe Manager in various duties of rentals and catering as needed.Food experience is wanted, but not required. Must be detailed orientated and self-motivated.Outgoing and customer service driven.
