South Of Soho Co-op Gallery Artist Submissions

South of Soho Cooperative Gallery is seeking ONE more artist to join us.  Our gallery is run as a cooperative.  Each member shares the gallery and its responsibilities equally.  Our gallery is located in Railroad Square art park in Tallahassee.  We have moved to the back strip of the park next door to Mika Fowler Photography and near Curio Vintage.  The current artists create various 2D and 3D work using paint, photography, drawing, and ceramics.

We are open every first Friday for the evening studio stroll as well as every Saturday from 1-5pm.  If you have never been to the space, be sure to stop by to see if we are a good fit before applying.

Each member has approx 10 feet wide x 15 feet high of wall space to display work as they please, holds a key to the space, pays approx $55 per month for rent/ supplies, attends the monthly meeting, opens the gallery on Saturday every 7-8 weeks, attends First Friday events when possible, and helps to maintain and improve the gallery.

We are looking for a person who is actively creating artwork in Tallahassee and nearby cities, plays well with others, is clean and motivated, and can fufill the responsibilites of the co-op members listed above.  This is a long term place to show work in a gallery with a long history in Railroad Square.
