Those pre-qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on a General Contract for the Historic Monticello Opera House Phase II: Renovations and Rehabilitation in Monticello, Florida on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Contract Documents. All bids must be a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and acknowledged, Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. EST, at the Monticello Opera House. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
