Interns can be a valuable and resourceful asset for nonprofit organizations, but what makes a good intern?  What do managers have to do to ensure the internship experience is rewarding for their organization and the intern?  This interactive workshop will discuss the issues and concerns nonprofit organizations and social enterprises need to consider when hiring interns, designing effective internships programs, and understanding the potential and challenges of working the Millennial and GenZ generations.
