VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida, has an opening for a North America Campaign Manager. This position participates in planning and is responsible for developing audience specific strategic and operational plans that drive the short term and long term work of the integrated marketing team. They will work in partnership with marketing leaders, to achieve performance for each Domestic and Canadian audience segment. This includes driving work plans and timelines, tracking budget expenditure, communicating progress with all stakeholder groups, providing tactical support to cross-functional teams and working directly with brand consulting agencies, marketing partners, industry partners or other agencies.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency or creative production capacity within a consumer facing industry. Ideal candidate will have extensive project planning skills, able to handle multiple project simultaneously, superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills; flexibility and strength in dealing with tight deadlines and rapidly changing environment; data-driven, skilled with Excel and curious about what drives campaign performance; a problem solver, able to determine what is important and urgent, balancing shifting priorities to meet deadlines and achieve results. Travel industry experience is a plus.
