NALAC Leadership Institute

Launched in 2001 by the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures with support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the NALAC Leadership Institute is a week-long rigorous program that delivers innovative and practical strategies that foster the knowledge, skills, attitudes and relational networks that lead to strengthened leadership and managerial capabilities in the arts. The dynamic learning environment cultivates a familiar, inclusive cultural space that provides multiple generations of Latinx artists, arts administrators, and cultural workers the support, knowledge, and agency to confidently respond to and initiate solutions to complex cultural questions. Applicants represent communities across various Latinidades, multiple generations, and various stages of career development.
