"A COOP Plan (COOP) is a document that describes the processes that an organization should use to respond to a critical situation or during a time of disruption that could adversely affect its profitability, reputation or ability to operate to ensure you can continue your daily operation."

 In this class, you will not only learn about the phases in an emergency but also potential threats to your area, you will also work on template for building your plan with the assistant of our instructors, Marcia Warfel and Joe Myers.  In addition, you will also learn tips, tools and know-how to prepare a plan for unforeseen circumstances.

At the conclusion of the workshop, you will have a mini-plan to establish additional policies and procedures to ensure your organization's successful crisis response and help you reduce the impact of the unexpected and ensure less interruption to service delivery.
