INIE Middle Manager Series

Middle Managers play a critical role in every organization. They are networked throughout the entire agency and know the important issues as well as where problems exist and opportunities lie. However, despite their years of experience, intimate knowledge of the organization and proven performance, many middle managers are not prepared to lead.

INIE's Middle Managers Series will help participants enhance their knowledge and skills in order to help them prepare for the next steps in their career. Join us as we dig into topics such as: leadership, communications, internal and external politics, marketing and branding, strategic planning and financial operations.

This series will take place over three, 4-hour sessions and participants are expected to attend all of them.  The dates are:

Tuesday, May 17 from 1-5 PM
Tuesday, June 21 from 1-5 PM
