Chain of Parks Art Festival: Food & Beverage Vendors
The Chain of Parks Art Festival brings in an estimated attendance of 35-40,000 enthusiastic visitors throughout the fun-filled weekend! The Festival is looking for a variety of food vendors to provide balanced options for all attendees. We are looking for grab-and-go meals and snacks, not packaged food accessories (jars of honey/ jam, hot sauce, dog treats, etc.)
The Festival strives to have a wide variety of wholesome and delicious food with a preference for local food vendors with aesthetically pleasing setups.
Important things to be aware of before applying:
- Chain of Parks Art Festival is now in its 8th year Greening the Festival. As a food vendor, you would be an important part of this initiative. All food vendors are required to comply with the “Food Vendor Green Initiative Agreement” in the application.
- Feedback from our attendees is that they are not only looking for sweets but healthy options as well!
- Smaller snack vendors will typically be spread throughout the festival footprint vs. in the main food court.
- Since the City closes the roads on Friday, vendors must be able to arrive and set up on Friday, April 19, before the Festival opens on Saturday morning. Rare exceptions are made for smaller vendors that do not require power.
- The roads will be closed for the weekend, so your truck/ booth needs to remain overnight. Tallahassee Police Department will patrol all night.
- No vendors are permitted to sell alcohol.
