CultureWorks Program Director Opening

TheatreWorks Florida is now accepting applications for a PROGRAM DIRECTOR for CULTUREWORKS.

SEEKING: A skilled leader who is passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in the theatre arts. Who believes that building inclusive cultures and creating career opportunities advance diverse artists and professionals which is essential for the industry. As part of the TWF leadership team, develops strategies, training and programs to create and foster change in an open and inclusive environment. The Program Director will undertake the primary responsibility to develop and execute our vision of CultureWorks for a more diverse and inclusive workforce for TWF and form relationships with supporting organizations and partnering associates.

PREFERRED: 3+ years in a theatre leadership role, exceptional team building skills, communication and interpersonal skills, computer software skills, scheduling and production report skills, concise organization of program divisions, recruitment skills, reliable transportation.

SALARY: Independent Contractor Salary (fee discussed at time of offer).

DATES: Commitment begins ASAP. Program begins May '21. Position committment is 1 year.
