The 2020 Compensation Survey for Tallahassee based nonprofits is geared toward understanding salary and benefit benchmarks for positions in Tallahassee-Leon County nonprofits of all sizes where the data and subsequent report will assist our members to:

- Shape competitive compensation to attract and retain a diverse staff

- Analyze the compensation landscape in your community and region

- Plan strategically for short- and long-term goals

- Budget
