The City of Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is accepting applications for four (4) event grant programs for not-for-profits only. The CRA Board approved a total of $270,000 to help fund events in FY23 (October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023).
The CRA will host a virtual pre-application workshop on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm for nonprofit organizations interested in applying. Attendance at the pre-application workshop is not required but strongly encouraged. The presentation will be posted after the workshop at Talgov.com/CRA.
There is Promotional & Special Event (Small) grant funding, maximum amount per applicant of $5,000, and Large Event grant funding, maximum amount per applicant of $25,000, with first-time events eligible for $40,000.
The competitive application cycle is from May 2, 2022, to June 30, 2022.
