Call to Vendors for Florida Tourism Day 2020 Street Party

Join your tourism colleagues on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, in Tallahassee, FL to educate the legislature, media and all Floridians about the importance of Florida’s tourism industry. It is the perfect day to let your lawmakers know just how vital tourism is to our state and how crucial it is for them to support Florida’s No. 1 industry.

Registrants of Tourism Day and members of the public pay a small fee to enjoy the street party. Once banded, guests are allowed to partake in any food and beverages offered on the street. We typically plan for around 500 guests.

Tentative Schedule of Events:
8:00 am - 9:00 am: Registration
9:00 am - 11:30 am: Florida Tourism Day Program
11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Legislative Appointments at the Florida Capitol
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Florida Tourism Day Street Party

Vendors include everything from food (Fresh from Florida) to attractions (Tallahassee Museum). There will also be a live band playing music. The street party portion of Tourism Day is from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2020

Vendors will be provided a 10x10 tent, table, and two chairs at no cost. We just ask you to showcase your product – samples/giveaways are welcome!
