Call for Performers and Vendors

Vendors and performers needed for participation in Good Samaritan UMC's upcoming Third Annual Tallahassee World Culture Festival on February 8, 2020.

Expressions of culture and belief vary across the globe and we would like to showcase these traditions. We are looking for local singers, poets, comedians, musicians, story-tellers, dancers, and instructors to perform on one of our public stages, lead a class, or both. We are also looking for vendors that sell goods reflective of specific cultures, provide authentic dining experiences showcasing cuisines from around the world, and faith-based or cultural groups offering educational information.

There is no compensation offered to performance groups, but there will be a designated performer booth area where you will be allowed to sell merchandise related to your group and/or provide more information, if desired. The festival drew over 2000 attendees in its second year and we are dedicated to reaching an even wider audience for the festival’s third year. All submissions are subject to approval by our committee to ensure they fit within the scope and vision of the festival, along with space and equipment limitations of the venue.

If you’re interested in participating at our World Culture Festival, please visit the event website at www.wcftally.com and select the Vendors or Performers tab to submit information to our team.
