The Box Office and Arts Management Assistant position is an opportunity to advance your skills in Arts Management and Marketing. You will be an integral part in all aspects of a professional theatre company. Looking for someone who wants to grow with Emerald Coast Theatre Company and play a key role in increasing box office sales and enhancing the professional level of service to the patrons of ECTC.
Qualifications: Preferred Bachelors in Arts Management, Arts Marketing, or Marketing or similar experience accepted. Duties include but are not limited to: Available for Box office hours 10-1, Tuesday thru Friday, Phone and message retrieval and return, Coordinate and establish protocol or work evening and weekend event box office, Patron/VIP Liaison, Administrative Assistance to the Producing Artistic Director, Marketing Assist, Event and Volunteer Scheduling, Wine Concession Coordination, Filing, organizing and keeping office in good working condition.
