Black Entertainment Executives Program

According to the 2020 UCLA Hollywood Diversity Report, 92% of CEOs of television studios are white. Similarly, 87% of unit heads are white and 84% of senior executives are white. The goal of the Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline program is to increase the number of Black executives in the entertainment industry, specifically television and film. This unique and unprecedented program will serve as a framework and roadmap to identify qualified candidates across the country and provide them with the tools to build successful and thriving careers as executives in the industry.

Program will be 100% virtual. Applicants can be located anywhere in the United States.

There is no fee for applying to or participating in the program.

Must be a College Graduate and at least 21 years old to apply.
