Southern Shakespeare Company seeks ASL interpreter to ensure the Saturday, May 13, 2023 performance of our FREE Shakespeare in the Park Festival mainstage, Antony & Cleopatra, is an accessible event for deaf and hard of hearing audiences.

The ideal candidate has interpretive experience with live performance, and they will collaborate with a fellow interpreter to interpret scenes featuring local and guest artists on the Adderley Amphitheatre Stage at Cascades Park, Downtown Tallahassee, FL.

Rehearsals begin late March in Tallahassee, FL. A remote / hybrid working method may be devised for out-of-town interpreters.

ASL-interpreted performance will be Saturday, May 13th.

$1500 stipend.
