ARTundressed Creative Nude Art Exhibition

ARTundressed Creative Nude Art Exhibition

May 19, 20, 21, 2016 – Miami, Florida | USA

The ARTundressed International Art Exhibition is now opened to all artists worldwide. There is no particular “Theme” associated with the show since our focus is purely about “Creative Nude Art”. Therefore, artists who are submitting their artworks for consideration into the exhibition should make sure that their work exert ALL four elements of the ARTundressed artistic C.O.D.E., an acronym for Creativity + Originality + Design (Depth) + Eroticism… The jurors and curators will evaluate each individual submission based on the combination of all these elements and how they are infused together to communicate the singularity, sensuality, creativity, and thought-provoking aspects of the artwork.

ARTundressed accepts entries in the categories of: Visual and Performance Arts; Art Installations; Short Film and Videos (Sexy & Artistic); Sensual Poetry and Readings. Artists can also register to participate in Live Photography, Art Installations, Body Art, and Live Art Contests to take place at the event.

All submissions must be made online (No Mail-in accepted). All selected artists will be contacted with the final selection within a week after the Submission Deadline: March 31, 2016. The requirements are as follows:

ARTIST PROFILE: Each individual artist is allowed to create only one profile / account to submit their work in the Exhibition; regardless of whether that artist has multiple businesses or entities using different names, aliases or pseudonyms. A violation of this term will result in disqualification.

SUBMISSIONS AND FEES:

PAID SUBMISSIONS: A Non-refundable flat fee of $40 (for up to 5 entries) for entries in the Categories of:
Fine Art | Photography | Digital Art | Sculpture* | Mixed Media

FREE SUBMISSIONS: There is NO entries fee for the following categories:
Art Installation | Interactive Art Presentation | Artistic Short Film and Videos | Literary Art (Poetry, Short Story, etc…)

NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS ALLOWED: Each artist is allowed to submit up to 5 entries for consideration, with a possibility of 0 – 5 submission(s) to be selected by the jurors/curators of the art exhibition.

PAYMENTS: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards & Paypal… All transactions are secured online.

IMAGE UPLOADS: All uploaded images must be between 250 – 600kb in either format: .jpg; .jpeg, .png, .pdf; and less than 8mb in .mov, .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg4, .avi, .flv format

RE-UPLOADS: Not allowed… All submitted entries are final and must be done all at once during initial uploads.

ARTWORK COMPLETENESS: All submitted artworks for consideration must be completed work by the time of submission.

ARTWORK READINESS: All artworks (shipped or drop-offs) must be ‘Gallery Ready’ or ‘Ready to Hang’ with clips, and wire attached. Else, they will not be exhibited.

SIGNATURE: All physical artworks to be exhibited must have the respective artist’s signature or stamped with the artist’s logo.

ARTWORK SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions for already approved artworks into the Exhibition are not allowed under any circumstances without prior approval of ARTundressed. Unauthorized replacements will not be exhibited.

ARTWORK SALES: All exhibited artworks must be available for sale. Any exceptions to this term is on a case-by-case basis.

INSURANCE: Although we will take all necessary precautions to protect the entire artwork collection from theft, damage, and vandalism, artists must provide their own insurance against loss and damages at any given time. ARTundressed will provide limited damage and liability insurance during the exhibition days only.

NOTIFICATIONS: Artists whose artwork(s) have been selected will be notified within a week after the submission deadline.

DROP OFFS / SHIPPING: Selected artists will receive all shipping information or drop-off location/time in their Acceptance Letter which will be emailed to them.

TIME ALLOCATION FOR SHIPPING / DROP-OFFS: Accepted artists will have about 5 weeks following their acceptance emails to ship their artworks. Local artists who are dropping off their work will need to do so a couple of days prior to installation. That specific date will be included in your Acceptance Letter.

COMMISSIONS: ARTundressed will receive a 40% commission for all sales generated through the exhibition; 60% goes to the artist. Our last exhibition was a record-breaking year for art sales and we are very confident that we will surpass all previous sales with this next show.

GUEST PASS: All Selected Artists, who would like to attend ARTundressed 2016, will receive 2 complimentary (all-inclusive) Weekend Pass for free admission to all of the ARTundressed Exhibition Events and Activities. Artists who have submitted artworks and were not picked for the show will receive 1 complimentary (all-inclusive] Weekend Pass if they would like to attend the event.

DEADLINE: All submissions must be received by midnight on March 31^st

*Sculptures over 30 lbs (14 kgs) are drop-off / pick-up only; we will not accept sculpture shipments that are heavier than that. In order to display sculpture pieces, artists must provide all appropriate display units and/or pedestals with prior approval from ARTundressed. If you are shipping your sculpture without a pedestal, you must make prior arrangements with us to accommodate your artwork.
