2021 Pines & Palms Photography Contest and Virtual Show

2021 PINES & PALMS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST AND VIRTUAL SHOW   APRIL 26 TO JUNE 26 HOSTED BY ALAN ROSS, DAN BURKHOLDER AND ELIZABETH OPALENIK THREE CATAGORIES WITH CASHPRIZES OF OVER $1000 Prizes will be judged by three master photographers Alan Ross for landscapes, Dan Burkholder for Objects and Abstracts, and Elizabeth Opalenik for Portraits (people and animals). The winner of Best of show will be awarded an engraved trophy, $500 cash, an autographed newly released book of Ansel Adams photos autographed by Alan. In each category the first prize will be $200. Second, Third, and Honorable Mentions will be awarded ribbons. You do not have to be a member to enter and photos will be accepted until we have 100 photos entered. Submit your work at PinesandPalms.org between March 6 and April 6. Prizes will be announced April 26. Up to a total of three photos can be submitted. The entry fee is $20 for each entry. Winners will be invited to sell their work on the Pines & Palms Photo Gallery. Specifications for the sales will be given to the winners. Delivery of the print is the responsibility of the seller. Sales of prints from the Pines & Palms website will be charged a 15% commission.
