I am an emerging, innovative live painter, specializing in a unique genre that I call “plein air sports art.” My recent efforts have been focused on Ironman triathlons, where I capture athletes in motion against the iconic scenery of the race course. My other favorite subjects to paint include live bands, festival scenes, and the majestic trees of North Florida. In my four years as a professional artist, I have completed over 500 paintings, including more than 100 live painting performances.
When I am not painting, I am probably playing outside or trying to finish my Philosophy dissertation. I expect to obtain a PhD from FSU in 2020.
