2023 Winter Festival Student Artwork Submission Form

Deadline: Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023

Local art teachers are eligible to submit the artwork of up to two (2) individual students in grades K-12. Artwork created collaboratively by groups of students is not eligible for this exhibition.

*REMEMBER – This year, through a partnership grant with the Florida Division of Arts and Culture and the National Endowment for the Arts, COCA will be able to provide a stipend to each participating art teacher. Stipends are expected to be between $100 – $200, depending on how many teachers participate.

Student Artwork Section

Teachers must submit digital JPEG files through this electronic application. Digital image files should not be larger than 2MB. When completing this application, you will be asked to fill out information about each of the artworks you intend to submit. You will then be able to upload your digital image files.

Name your digital files with your student’s last name followed by the title of the artwork. For example, if your student’s last name is Smith and the title of the artwork is “Sunset,” you would name your digital image file SmithSunset.jpg or Smith_Sunset.jpg.

The images that you upload here will be the actual images that are included in the online gallery. Please make sure these images are clear and of high quality.
