FAMILY: Exhibition | Coming to America

FAMILY: Exhibition | Coming to America

Presented by Thomasville Center for the Arts at Thomasville Center for the Arts

The opportunity to see a reproduction of the Ellis Island lost mural re-created by Andrew Sabori is often a once in a lifetime experience. To be able to find out the history of the mural, and learn about the famous Americans who came through Ellis Island to live as citizens of the United States is fascinating.

Thomasville Center for the Arts is proud to be chosen to exhibit this mural for the very first time to the public at large, along with National Archive portraits, passport papers and photos in Coming to America: The Immigration Experience. This exhibition will run from August 9 – October 4 in our Main Gallery. Exhibitions are free M-F 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, however, donations are welcome.
