Nia Move IT is a Nia Technique Specialty Program:
It is an exhilarating 60-minute cardiovascular conditioning dance class based on the science of hybrid interval training. You’ll shift from one move to the next every 60 seconds, progressively moving through all Nia Technique 52 Moves. The 52 Moves originate from diverse modalities spanning Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Healing Arts; they are designed to bring conditioning to every body part, muscle group and joint. Move IT classes are distinguished by somatic coaching, sequential intervals that isolate and integrate Nia movements, and choreography designed to deliver 4 types of conditioning: aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive and voluntary.

Class is taken barefoot and everyBODY is welcome. Come ready to move and sweat. Wear anything that makes you feel free, comfortable and beautiful! Please bring a water bottle, a towel, a mat (optional) and your fabulous self!
