The inspiring story about the friendship of two girls, one white and one black, growing up in a world of racial prejudice, with a great musical score and rousing, upbeat finale thrilled the audience when it premiered in 2011 and is back for three shows in Apalachicola, all free to the public.  Written by Adrian Fogelin, directed by Liz Sisung, and sponsored by PEARLS, a non-profit organization created to preserve the historic shotgun houses of old Apalachicola.  With generous support from Duke Energy.
