"Seussville Takes Over The Museum"

Presented by Apalachicola Arsenal Museum and Conference Center at Apalachicola Arsenal Museum and Conference Center

Kids will enjoy a full morning of fun with readings of the ever popular Dr. Seuss books, crafts provided by the Gadsden County Library System, special treats including Hop On Pop - Corn.  Parents will have their own "Grown Up Room" where they will learn about the books being read to the kids, will find out more about what the Library offers, enjoy a cup of tea and treats and will walk home with a book to share with their child.  Toddlers will enjoy a room set up just for them (parents will need to remain with their toddler) where Dr. Seuss cartoons will play, a book read, coloring and much more.   After the reading the fun movie "Horton Hears A Who" will be shown where parents and kids can sit and enjoy Hop On Pop-Corn and treats.  Each child will go home with a Dr. Seuss book provided by Envision Credit Union and the City of Chattahoochee.  This event is presented by the Apalachicola Arsenal Museum Historical Society and the Gadsden County Library System and is free to children.  Donations are always welcome.  For directions to the museum contact Linda at 850-794-0197 or email lkranert222@gmail.com.
