Three day outdoor event celebrating African-American heritage and culture. Spectacular live entertainment. Exciting dance. Awesome music. Exquisite food. Vendor booths. Exhibits. Speakers. Headliners. Parade. Friday: Festival and vendor booths open at 4. Mardi Gras Costume Party at 9p. Saturday starts with Parade at 10a and continues until 8p. Outdoor worship on Sunday at Noon. Festival ends Sunday at 4p.
