An hour long yoga class for beginners that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.

Join Irie Bennett every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month for an hour of revitalized yoga to start your morning right. This class is for beginners, everyone is welcomed. Yoga mats are required, there will not be any provided.
