Thomasville Center for the Arts Senior Moments Art Class: Paper Mache Bowl (2 part class)

On July 28, you will create 2 paper mache forms. On August 25, you will glue the pieces together to create a bowl. Then you will paint the bowl with metallic gold. $20/person for both days; supplies provided (Free for residents of Southern Pines) Senior Moments classes are offered twice a month year-round. These classes are designed to expose senior citizens to lessons in crafts, fine arts, and journaling. Learning (at any age) helps improve cognitive ability and memory function and can help ease Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
