Thomas University’s Arts for the Community host artist Julie Bowland
Words can't adequately describe Julie Bowland. She is a regional treasure who paints directly from nature with think, juicy oil paint and a heightened sense of color. Often you can find her trusty red canoe somewhere in the changing light, wind and wildlife.
