Reader Meet Writer is an annual partnership between The Bookshelf and the Thomas County Public Library. It’s chance for local authors to spread the word about their books and connect with readers and other authors.
Reader Meet Writer begins with a Gong Show-style discussion of authors' books; each author will be given three minutes to present their book to the audience, and a master of ceremonies will move the event along, ensuring each author is given an adequate amount of time. The second hour of the event, authors have the opportunity to sign and sell their books and meet with event attendees. This year's event will feature
