Nia 101, is perfect for new to Nia students, beginners, or seasoned students who want to learn the basics and review tools that will enhance their practice in a slower paced-environment. Nia classes are highly adaptable and they will help you succeed in many sectors of your life regardless of your age, health, size or abilities. We know once you experience Nia Technique® you will never dread your fitness routine again.
At this workshop you will:
• meet other Nia practitioners from the area
• learn Nia methodologies and how they will help you get results
• explore tools to improve the way you feel about your body and your life
• get more information on current classes, schedule and locations
• learn how to take action (get answers to your questions!)
Workshop Agenda:
• open the workshop with a brief introduction to Nia Technique®
• take a full Classic Nia class (60 minutes)
• conclude with a short Q&A session
Workshop Details:
• class is taken barefoot (or in thin soft-sole shoes)
• bring a water bottle, a towel and dress in comfortable workout clothes
• no experience necessary | all abilities welcomed
