Intro. to Blacksmithing

Work alongside an experienced blacksmith to learn some history and basics of the craft. Participants will take home their own creation.

In this basic introduction to blacksmithing workshop, participants will work alongside an experienced blacksmith to learn some history and basics of the craft.  At the end of each session everyone will take home their very own simple project as well as the experience of working in a 1800s period blacksmith shop.   This class is offered on one designated Saturday per month.   Maximum 3 people per session.
