Preserve the fall harvest of peppers and be prepared with gifts for the holiday season.
Participants will learn to make hot pepper jelly, learn safe boiling-water bath canning, and take home the recipe in sample jar. This class will take place on our 1880s farm. Registration deadline is December 20, 2017 at 12:00 PM
