Thomas University’s Arts for the Community presents jazz singer, Avis Berry.
Born in Clearwater, Florida, Berry started singing in church and later joined a community performing group called Kids-A-Poppin. She often collaborates with jazz musicians including Scott Carpenter and Leon Anderson. She is part of the group Jazz Copeland.
This event is free to the public. A reception with the artist follows the concert.
