Film Screening - Tell Them We Are Rising, The Story of Black Colleges and Universities

Filmmaker Stanley Nelson will be joining WFSU and FAMU to show and discuss his newest film. The film examines HBCUs and the impact they have had on American history, culture and national identity.

WFSU in partnership with FAMU is hosting a screening of the film Tell Them We Are Rising - the story of Black Colleges and Universities. The screening will begin at 7P at Lee Hall on the campus of FAMU. Following the screening, there will be a discussion with filmmaker Stanley Nelson, FAMU President Larry Robinson, FAMU Professor Reginald Ellis moderated by WFSU and FAMU graduate, Lynn Hatter.
