Faculty Recital of Evan Jones, baritone and Douglas Fisher, piano

The College of Music is pleased to present faculty members Evan T. Jones, baritone, and Douglas Fisher will take the audience on a tour of poetry in music with a program of works by German and American composers. From the Romanticism and Neo-Romanticism of Schumann (Liederkreis, Op. 24) and Hoiby (I Was There) to the more comedic offerings of Hugo Wolf (excerpts from Mörike-Lieder) and John Duke, there is something for everyone in this evening of song.
