Ecology is a Tallahassee-based genre-bending jazz/funk fusion band that believes that creation knows no borders.
As the band's namesake suggests, the definition of Ecology: "the study of the relations between organisms and their environment" is adapted to a musical context; Ecology seeks to explore various sonic influences from Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hip-hop, R&B, and World Music traditions, open to the elements that connect genres and cultures, and transcending the borders that define them
